Plastic Surgery Philanthropy by Dr. Philip Young of Seattle | Bellevue Recalls his time in Vietnam with the organization Face to Face

Plastic Surgery Philanthropy by Dr. Philip Young of Seattle | Bellevue Recalls his time in Vietnam with the organization Face to Face: This was one of the best trips of my life. It was one of the best moments of my life. The Doctors in Vietnam treated me and the other doctors like I’ve never experienced. They were so kind, gracious and appreciative of our contribution. They really made me feel good about myself. Once I got of the plane, I was greeted by the Vietnamese doctors that escorted us to our hotel. We started early the next morning discussing the cases that they organized for us to teach them as much as we could. We did procedures from cleft lip and palate and scar treatment surgeries to browlifts, facelifts, and reconstructive rhinoplasties. We were with some very famous surgeons including Frank Kamer, Bill Truswell, Mack Hodges, and William Silver. My friend and colleague Davis Nguyen was also there and we had a great time. Face to Face is one of my passions that I will try to continue to do over the course of my lifetime.
