You can always inject hyaluronidase to make the restylane dissolve. It depends on how long ago that it was done. If it was within 2 weeks I would wait it out. Don't worry this doesn't have to be a long term thing for you. You can get help with this. You can write us on our website on our contact page : www.drphilipyoung.com.

I had juvederm injected into my nose neer the tip at the side to correct a dent but it has gone all wrong, i have a large droopy misshaped tip and can see and feel where the extra volume is from the filler. can i get hyalaise injected to dissolve it? or will it cause me more dents? its been 8 months now and no signs of it going down or dissipitating. please advice on the best option

Well there might be a minimally invasive way for you. You could do fat grafting to decrease the fold. If the fold is surgically created, the only way to reverse this is to elevate the crease from the muscle and then adding a free fat graft to the area above the new fold that you want. This is the best way to improve this based on my experience in revision asian blepharoplasty that I have a lot of experience with.
Thx,
Dr Young

You don't have to put up with these bumps. There are many ways to improve this. One, is using enzyme injections to degrade the filler. Another option is making a small pin prick and expressing the filler out which is preferred way less than the first option. Don't worry, your situation can be fixed.

Dear Gloria,
This injection is not like botox. It is more like fillers like restylane, juvederm. I use your own tissue to volumize your face in a natural way without incisions in the face. The discomfort of traditional procedures is also not anywhere as severe. This is the future of rejuvenation and I’m going to continue to make things better for people when it comes to facial rejuvenation.
Sincerely,
Dr Young

How long does the procedure last before the next "injection". Is this a form of botox?

I had asian blepharoplasty over a decade ago and felt the results were over-agressive and assymetrical. I have dry eyes ever since. I am interested in restoring the epicanthal fold and adding fat/volume around the upper eyes and making my eyes smaller. I think my eyes look unnaturally too wide open and there is alot of sclera show. I would like to look more east asian instead of filipino as people now think I appear. I was wondering if this is possible and if there is a minimally invasive procedue?

This can be done. There are many options. You can do fat transferring with some injections. The other way is to elevate the cleft and place a fat graft in there through incisions. I would love to talk to you about this in more detail.
